HYGIENE AND CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we can only accept products that are unopened,
unused, and undamaged.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its
original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or have any seals
broken are not eligible for a refund due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
Please ensure that products are carefully packaged in a suitable shipping box to prevent
damage during transit. Products that are damaged during return shipment as a result of
inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent
to our return address in the Netherlands. The exact return shipping costs may vary
depending on the country from which the return is sent and the rates charged by the carrier
chosen by the customer.
