HYGIENE AND CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return
for health protection or hygiene reasons if the relevant seal has been broken after delivery,
to the extent that this exception applies under applicable law. Opening a cosmetic product
does not automatically exclude it from return.

Handle the product and its packaging with care. You may inspect it as you would in a
physical store. Return it with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible,
in its original condition and packaging. You may be liable for diminished value resulting
from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, in accordance with our
Terms and Conditions.
Please ensure that products are carefully packaged in a suitable shipping box to prevent
damage during transit.

RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent
to our return address in the Netherlands. The exact return shipping costs may vary
depending on the country from which the return is sent and the rates charged by the carrier
chosen by the customer.
