Refund Policy

At Ifoulki, we strive for customer satisfaction and high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your product. Below, you will find all the details regarding our return policy.

1. Cooling-Off Period & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@ifoulkiarganoil.com with the subject Return Request [your order number]. Include your name, address, and the products you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The return shipment is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3. How to Return a Product
1. Notify us of your return by emailing info@ifoulkiarganoil.com and wait for
confirmation.
2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

4. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
We will issue the refund once we have received the returned product or once you have provided proof of shipment showing that the product has been sent back.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Exchanges or Reporting Damage
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ifoulkiarganoil.com with a clear photo of the issue.

Items purchased from Ifoulki can, in most cases, be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you may inspect the product as you would with any new purchase, provided the seal remains unbroken. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with the seal intact.

Processing Your Return
