Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify Ifoulki that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day after you receive your order, as explained in our Terms and Conditions. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You meet the return deadline if you send the product back before that period expires.

To notify us, email info@ifoulkiarganoil.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. You may also use our existing Return Form or the model withdrawal form in our Terms and Conditions. Using a form is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt of your notice. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise your right of withdrawal.

HYGIENE AND CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
During the cooling off period, handle the product and its packaging with care. You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store. Return it with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the relevant seal has been broken after delivery, to the extent that this exception applies under applicable law. Opening a cosmetic product does not automatically exclude it from return.
You may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Please ensure that products are carefully packaged in a suitable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our return address in the Netherlands. The exact return shipping costs may vary depending on the country from which the return is sent and the rates charged by the carrier chosen by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.

REFUNDS
We will reimburse all payments received for the returned products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify Ifoulki of your withdrawal. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. This does not start a new refund period.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without any reimbursement fees.
